The fine 70% dark chocolate pallets of the ENCUENTRO chocolate factory are associated with high quality Shoba Cha ( Japanese roasted buckwheat) sourced by the Unami tea house. Very appreciated in Japan where it is consumed as an infusion, Shoba Cha is said to have antioxidant and remineralizing properties.
These palets offer a subtle marriage between the fruity sweetness of 70% Peruvian chocolate and the crunchy, toasted notes of Soba Cha.
