Ethiopie Old Yéti coffee - TERRES DE CAFE

The selection of coffees roasted in France "Terres de Café" will satisfy all lovers of speciality coffees.

The Old Moka Yeti is a slightly vinous coffee, with a great sweetness and an impressive length in the mouth. A perfect balance.

Nose: the nose is surprising, with notes of undergrowth, chocolate and red fruits. Palate: the palate is particularly velvety and the retroolfaction reveals notes of dried strawberries, chocolate and sweet spices. Roasting: This coffee is roasted for both espresso and mild methods. Micro-lot harvested on the Dinsa Soreso plot (100 year old trees, garden coffee). Just like old vines, few fruits but double long cherries like our "traditional Yeti".

After measurement, its density is exceptional, hence its sweetness, fruitiness and great complexity. From endemic Moka vines that are more than a century old, planted in 1914 by Dhinsa Soreso's father, in front of the family home.
