The traditional Broyé du Poitou, a very large shortbread to be shared by breaking it in its center. The cognac shortbread is excellent, with the perfect amount of butter and sugar, enhanced by a touch of salt and a subtle taste of cognac.
A nice tradition from our countryside to discover at tea time.
