Discover KOMANDSAL marvelous gluten-free small chocolate hazelnut cookies from the chef Nadia SAMMUT, a reference in gluten-free gourmet products. These gourmet cookies will delight the most refined palates as much as the children.
They are made with buckwheat flour and semi-complete Camargue rice, lactose-free and egg-free. The brown color of the cookie is given by the natural coloring of the coconut sugar. KOMANDSAL promotes a positive diet, without any use of refined products, using cereals and legumes from a local production, and flours crushed in their own mill.

Ingredients : Coconut oil, buckwheat flour, coconut sugar, wholemeal rice flour IGP from Camargue, almond powder from Provence 8%, dark chocolate chips 7% (cocoa beans, sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin, cocoa butter), hazelnuts 7%, psyllium, raising agent (potato starch, sodium bicarbonate, tatric acid), fine Mediterranean salt. Allergens : Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts), soya.
