Composition: Pork belly 25% (Origin France), pork liver, pork throat, egg, milk, onion, carrot, Saint-Bris (sulphite) 2.5%, garlic, red wine (sulphite), parsley, salt nitrite, fine salt, sugar, pepper, 4 spices, nutmeg.
