This exceptional extra virgin oil has the "fresh", natural ardor of a true green fruit with great aromatic power and a very fine bitterness. When you taste it, you will notice that it is perfectly in line with the spirit of excellence, authenticity and uniqueness of Domaine Leos oils.

Made exclusively from fruits of the provençal soil, Leos Selection H oil is elaborated with the teams of the Domaine Leos, under the control of Christine Cheylan at the mill of Château Virant. The Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) designates a product whose main stages of production are carried out according to a recognized know-how in the same geographical area, which gives the product its characteristics.

Like all H oils of Leos 'fruité vert' (green fruits), the olives are picked very early in the season (generally at the beginning of October) and are processed immediately at the mill.

Varieties of olives : Mostly Aglandau and Salonenque.

Tasting notes : Fresh and intense taste with a great aromatic power and a good length in mouth. H de Leos Sélection fruité vert is characterized by its color (pale green with yellow reflections) and its aromatic complexity with a dominant vegetal aroma of artichoke and hazelnut typical of an original green fruit..
