Harvested by Joël Attrazic, in the hives installed near the Suquet restaurant in Laguiole, this slightly amber honey gathers the multiple flavors of the wild flora that surrounds us. A very nice gustatory complexity.
One can imagine the bees gathering in Michel Bras' vegetable garden and becomes dreamy while enjoying this precious nectar.
