The olive tree is the mythical tree of the Mediterranean. Olive wood is pleasant to the touch and has a beautiful polish. With a golden yellow to orange appearance, it has an often dense and sinuous grain. Bolster: The steel bolster has a flat spot on the back to keep the knife stable flat on the table.
