Delivery and return

"The shipment of the Customer's order is made after receipt of the full payment of the order, including shipping costs.

The delivery time is specified just before the finalization of the order and runs from the day following the confirmation of the order by the Customer.

This delay is variable and depends on the nature of the products ordered on the site www.lamaisonfrancaise.com. Delivery by Chronopost or Colissimo: Delivery will be made via Colissimo, Chronopost or Chronofresh (delivery in controlled temperature) to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The average delivery times for orders are: for a delivery in metropolitan France, day of the order + 4 (four) days.

Given the fresh nature of the products delivered by Chronofresh, in the event of failed delivery due to an erroneous or incomplete address or cancellation of the order, no refund will be made. Fresh products are delivered by Chronofresh to the recipient of the order indicated by the Customer, from Tuesday to Saturday, only in Metropolitan France and Monaco and in Corsica.

In order to ensure the optimal conservation of the products, La Maison Française draws the attention of its Customers to the necessity of setting a delivery date that allows for the delivery of the parcel to the addressee.

For all orders over 200 euros (including VAT) (valid in metropolitan France only and excluding special options), the delivery costs are offered to the Customer.

Receipt : The transfer of risks will take place upon receipt of the delivery by the Customer/Recipient at the agreed place, the Customer/Recipient assuming sole responsibility, as of this date, for any damage that the products may suffer or cause.

The Customer/Consignee must check the condition of the products upon their arrival and transmit within 48 hours to La Maison Française by email at: contact@lamaisonfrancaise.com, any information on the nature and extent of the damage suffered by the products, in order to allow La Maison Française to exercise recourse against the Carrier.

Delayed delivery: If the Products are not delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the day the Customer validated his/her order, the Customer may request La Maison Française to reimburse all sums paid (including delivery charges), within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the denunciation, to the exclusion of any other compensation.

Delivery details : The delivery will be made according to the information provided by the customer, that is, Name and surname, company name if applicable, postal address, telephone number of the delivery contact and email address. In case of delivery failure due to incomplete information, La Maison Française will not be held responsible and will propose solutions to the customer at his exclusive expense (reshipment, return of the package and possible partial refund).".
