On the nose: notes of honey and almond. On the palate: a creamy body with notes of milk chocolate and sugar cane and a discreet acidity. A nice balanced and greedy finish. Roasting: this coffee is roasted for espresso methods The FAF farm is our main partner in Brazil. The Croce family has managed to convert their farm and dozens of small farms around it to respect for nature, sustainability and the mastery of coffee processing.
The region owes the return of the Bob-o-link birds that come to nest on the plantation, hence the name.
