Aglandau olive oil

Château Virant's single-variety Aglandau oil is an oil of character, without a hint of shyness. This variety of olives, the pride of the Aix en Provence region, guarantees an oil with a very strong vegetal fruitiness, fiery with a slight bitterness.

Its power in the mouth allows it to be qualified as an oil of character, but above all as an olive oil with a surprising aging potential.

The Aglandau olive oil has an intense green color and gives off vegetal scents such as fresh grass, fresh artichoke, green tomato, hawthorn with a final note of fresh almond.
