Pink pralines - Pralus
We weren't sure if we liked pralines anymore, and we tried François Pralus 'ones.
This traditional specialty is so good: the almonds and hazelnuts of excellent quality take up all the space and are softened by a pink sugar whose thickness is pleasant.
A culinary experience that is balanced and candid.

Ingredients: Piedmont hazelnuts, Roman hazelnuts and roasted Valencia almonds, sugar, glucose syrup.
Colouring: E129 allura.
Store in a dry and cool place between 16 and 18°C.
