Imperial caviar from Sologne
While the import of wild caviar has been prohibited for years throughout the world, Sologne caviar is now considered one of the best caviars in the world. Regularity, quality of breeding, and freshness are undoubtedly the strong points of this exceptional 100% French caviar that the most demanding amateurs will recognize among a thousand.
The Sologne Caviar from LA MAISON NORDIQUE is renowned for its incomparable quality. Its medium size grain, its black and brown color and its firm texture make it unique. At first of an indescribable lightness, the grain charms the palate and constantly renews its flavors until its delicious nutty notes at the end of the tasting. To achieve such a high level of quality, LA MAISON NORDIQUE has chosen to control the entire production chain of its caviar by relying on an exclusive farm located in Sologne where passionate fish farmers, Vincent and Patricia Hennequart, ensure that the 50,000 specimens of two different species of sturgeon, the Baeri and the Oscietra, grow in optimal conditions, close to their natural biotope, in a 75 hectares land of ponds.
