We invite you to serve small portions, it is very rich! A handcrafted product made with natural ingredients carefully selected from local producers: fresh eggs, flour and salted butter, but also a richly flavored cane sugar and a blend of cocoa beans exclusive to the real Fondant Baulois®. Its red tablet is made from white chocolate.
