Domaine de Leos

Olive oil H - Ripe fruity

€14.00

This exceptional extra virgin oil has the sweetness of a true ripe fruit (not very bitter or fiery), a great aromatic subtlety and typical aromas of ripe almond and fruit. When you taste it, you will notice that it is perfectly in line with the spirit of excellence, authenticity and uniqueness of Domaine Leos oils.

Produced exclusively from fruits of the Provencal soil, Leos Selection H oil is elaborated with the teams of the Domaine Leos under the control of Christine Cheylan at the mill of Château Virant.

The olives are picked later in the season and are processed immediately at the mill like all H de Leos oils.

Varieties of olives Mostly Aglandau and Salonenque.

Tasting notes : Subtle taste with an aromatic intensity and a nice length "in the throat". It is characterized by a color and an original taste of "ripe fruit": it has a light green color with yellow reflections and aromas of almond, red fruit, ripe apple and flowers.
