JASMIN MANDARIN ® Sweet green tea from China with the scent of precious jasmine flowers Mariage Frères jasmine tea is scented according to an ancestral know-how.
Thousands of fragile jasmine flowers picked at dawn are placed on the tea leaves and buds in successive layers. The dry tea then absorbs the natural scents of the fresh flowers in depth. The process is repeated several times to fully perfume the tea. Between each gesture, the tea is put back to dry to receive new flowers just picked. After giving up all their delicious jasmine scent to the tea, the dried flowers are then delicately removed by hand one by one. The natural jasmine tea is then ready to be enjoyed.
