The GASTON'IC Original reveals a subtle bitterness coming from Quassia Amaraarbre (bitter wood), which makes this Tonic so unique and refreshing.
The balance between the vegetal notes, in particular rosemary, a discreet sweetness as well as its finely pearled carbon dioxide associated with the delicate bitterness make this organic Tonic the ideal companion for quality gins, vodkas, vermouths and white ports.
Its creators Jérôme and Lilian Tessendier, through tasting and experimentation, have sought to build a balanced aromatic palette that will reveal the flavors of the most delicate spirits.
