Laurent Perrier cuvée rosé box two glasses

€126.00

"Offer this beautiful box containing the iconic cuvée rosé champagne from the House of Laurent PERRIER and its two mouth-blown glasses. Cuvée Rosé was launched in 1968, born from the boldness and unique know-how of the Laurent-Perrier House. Cuvée Rosé is recognized for its consistency and high quality, with the quest for perfection at every stage of production. It is characterized by its aromas of fresh red fruits, great intensity and freshness. Grape variety : Pinot Noir 100 % Crus : A dozen Crus coming mainly from the South and North sectors of the Montagne de Reims - including the famous Côte de Bouzy - are privileged, notably the Crus of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne. Basis of Maceration: The grapes from the selected plots are sorted and destemmed before being put into vats. The maceration of 48 to 72 hours following the harvest allows to obtain an unequalled aromatic, thus revealing all the richness of the best Crus of Pinot Noir. Vinification and blending: Aging: ideally 5 years minimum. SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS An elegant color that naturally evolves from a pretty raspberry hue to salmon hues. A frank nose with an extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, red currant, strawberry, black cherry. A frank and acidic attack for this supple and round wine. In the mouth, it offers the sensation of diving into a basket of freshly picked red fruits."
