Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 immediately offers to the nose a sweetness of tropical fruit (green mango, melon, pineapple); it radiates, then gives way to more temperate notes, the tingle of an orange peel, the haze of a tangerine. The wine breathes and the freshness is revealed. The flower after the rain. A sensation of peony, jasmine and lilac. In the mouth, the wine quickly imposes its ample, full, massive presence. A serene sensation dominates and the tactile aspect quickly follows the aromatic one. The material unfolds, generous, firm and directed. Then it tightens, revealing the spices and pepper.
