BELLEVOYE BLEU - Fine grain finish

BELLEVOYE Bleu whisky, in Grain Fin Fin triple malt unpeated finish, is a blend of 3 whiskies made entirely from 100% made-in-France malted barley.

After blending, Bellevoye Bleu is aged for 1 year in a new oak cask with a fine, tight grain, first heated with a blowtorch.

Its soft texture on the palate offers delicately fruity aromas, with honey and white fruits, pear and caramel, woody notes and tender spiciness. The finish is of decent length, with floral and vanilla notes. A perfect balance!

Its fragrance evokes a dessert or a breakfast in the garden. Very ethereal, this is a whisky of finesse.
