Taittinger Nocturne

Slow aging then a “dry” dosage make Taittinger Nocturne a mature, rich and round champagne. It asserts itself with its creaminess while maintaining great freshness to accompany your late evenings.

It is composed of a blend of around forty different vintages of Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir and Meunier (60%) from several harvests.

A pale yellow color with shimmering reflections, a nose revealing aromas of white flowers and ripe fruit, yellow peach and dried apricot.

It will go wonderfully with a dessert, such as foie gras with gingerbread.
