"Jean Féry's 2018 Gevrey Chambertin Clos Prieur is a wine from a very beautiful terroir well vinified with great respect for its PDO: authentic, typical, and tasty. A beautiful vivacity, complemented by noble tannins, with a soft and supple hammering and a sustained and robust finish. A brilliant robe with purple nuances, cherry red, wild raspberry, vineyard peach. Intense and pleasantly fruity bouquet of red berries and flowers, rose, peony, rosehip, with a discreet woody taste where the Pinot Noir grape variety finds itself in harmony with its Clos Prieur terroir."

"A beautiful wine that tastes delicious, but deserves to be aged for 5 to 10 years. To be served at 16° if you drink it when young; you can decant it just before serving it To be enjoyed at 18° after 5 to 10 years of aging. With oven-roasted poultry, leg of lamb, veal shank with carrots."
