Secure payment

All credit card payment transactions take place on the secure servers of our partner STRIPE.

As a payment provider, it complies with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) level 1, which corresponds to the highest degree of certification listed by Visa and Mastercard.

In addition, the data transmitted to our partner is fully encrypted with SSL encryption, used and recognized by all, and no information is stored on our servers.

The payment of your order on lamaisonfrancaise.com is made online, during the validation of your order, once your basket and the choice of delivery have been confirmed.

Payment for your order can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal or AMEX.

In the event of payment by credit card, you will be asked to provide the following information: the card number, the expiry date of the card and the 3-digit cryptogram number. Your bank may, in order to validate the transaction, ask you to enter a security code which will be sent to you by text message via the secure 3D Secure system.

KADEOS payment cards work online: your gift card operates equivalent to a MASTERCARD card.

You can select "pay by credit card" and the amount will be automatically debited from your electronic gift card. If you have KADEOS checks, you must send them to us by post, specifying the number of your order.

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer, by transferring the amount of your order to our bank account, whose bank details are specified when ordering. Upon receipt of the funds, your order will be validated and its shipment scheduled.

Gift cards

You can use La Maison Française gift cards by entering the codes requested. Any additional price may be paid by any usual means of payment.
