NEV offers you FLEUR DE SEL & SAFRAN, a clever blend of Fleur de Sel & Saffron. The Fleur de Sel is harvested by hand in the heart of the Camargue salt marshes. French category 1 organic saffron is grown near the Thau pond in a protected natural area.
FLEUR DE SEL & SAFRAN combines the minerality of Fleur de Sel with the strength of exceptional Saffron. It can be used in the whole culinary range, we recommend it for seasoning white meat or a nice grilled fish. Its new and atypical taste can allow you to give an offbeat tone to your dishes.
