The Pastis Millésimé du Château des Creissauds is made from fresh plants harvested on the Creissauds estate. Between May and September, the plants are harvested fresh and put in maceration immediately in order to preserve all their aromas. At the end of the summer, the different macerates are blended and aged in barrels. Like great wines, each harvest brings different nuances due to climatic variations.
The Pastis of the Château des Creissauds is matured in order to let the natural variations of the terroir express themselves freely."
