Made from a blend of 50 to 60 different crus, the cuvée's structure is based on the traditional Brut Carte Jaune style of 44 to 48% Pinot Noir, 13 to 18% Meunier and 25 to 29% Chardonnay.
Conceived in 1818 by Madame Clicquot, this rosé champagne's lively blend and explosive fruit aromas continue to seduce the palates of connoisseurs to this day.
The nose is expressive, with aromas of very ripe strawberries and wild strawberries.
Long on the palate, with full-bodied, structured, vinous notes that remain fresh.

Composition Ice Jacket: 100% recycled plastic.
Ideal with tuna, beef carpaccio, duck, red fruit, tomatoes or a cheese platter.
Serve between 8° and 10° in slightly wide glasses that allow the bouquet to express itself.
