Whisky Moissons Single Malt

€96.00

"A French whisky that honors the land and the raw material by distilling its own crops in the low mountains. The Single Malt is produced from a double distillation over a wood fire, 100% organically grown barley. A full and racy tasting. A real favorite! Tasting notes: COLOR: Pale NOSE : Firm and refined. It first expresses itself with notes of mochi and tea, white flowers (lime, camphor), then citrus and spices. Then we enter the heart of the barley field and the malt goes along with slightly candied fruits. PALATE: deep and silky. Notes of marzipan, citrus and exotic fruits. The pastry texture crosses the path of aromatic plants and fresh figs. FINISH : full-bodied and rich. Expressive, it extends on dark chocolate and mint. The retro olfaction is rooty and herbaceous. The last flavor is of apricot tart."
