At the foot of the Pic Saint-Loup, nestled between vineyards and scrubland, Les Co’Pains du Pic is one of the few artisans to craft sourdough bread using heritage grains, without added yeast. Drawing on our childhood memories, we've paired our grand cru dark chocolate from Belize with our "Méteil" country bread, which reveals its rustic, forest floor aromas while providing the characteristic comfort of good, crusty bread.
This chocolate won the bronze medal at the prestigious Prix Épicures in 2023.
