The "family reserve" Olive Oil

€22.00

Christine Cheylan introduces us to the family reserve oil, which we can't resist to savor or to gift:

"Each year from the 35 hectares of olive trees of Château Virant, we make different vats. Depending on the harvesting period and the blending of varieties, some vats offer rounder, more complex oils, while others are more herbaceous and fiery.

The oil offered in this bottle is our favorite, the one we like to put on our table, the one the whole CHEYLAN family has chosen. The women have chosen it for the kitchen, the men have chosen it for the table.

And it is not easy in this family with very different personalities and sensibilities to get everyone to agree. With this oil, we dip the bread at the aperitif, we cook the family dishes, we put the final touch on the dishes...

It is the one that unites us, the one we share with our friends."

Les conseils de la maison

A very beautiful 20cl bottle presented in a cardboard box.

Combines perfectly with the vinegar from the estate; a gift of taste.
